Background and Experience

A Texas native, Terry holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Houston and and a Masters Degree from Drake University. After a three year enlistment in the Army where he served on the Army Staff Community Relations Department in the Pentagon, he started a career in healthcare management.

Executive Coaching Profession

After 20 plus years of trying to fit in someone else’s box, he decided to reinvent his career.  He realized his strength and purpose resided in his ability to help others find their strengths and abilities. For the past fifteen years he has helped individuals and corporations improve their strengths and their bottom lines. For years he started with the “Why”, now he starts with the “Why Not?”
